If you need to cancel due to circumstances related to COVID-19, Mpox, Influenza, or other infectious diseases, please note that all deposits paid are non-refundable. Cancellations must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled event to avoid additional charges. As a courtesy, we will apply your deposit as a credit toward a future booking of equal value within one (1) year of the original event date. The credit will be applied at a rate of $60 per gaming table booked at the time of the original booking (e.g., 1 table = $60 credit, 2 tables = $120 credit, 5 tables = $300 credit). This credit applies to the base table fee only and does not extend to staffing, delivery, or ancillary charges.
